Fast forward to November 28, 2015. A significant meeting took place at Luz del Porvenir. The event focused on “God and Spiritual Guides”. Representatives from various spiritualist institutions gathered for fraternal exchange. The president of CEA presented the “Program of Support to Spiritualist Centers”. The president of FESBA reviewed the activities of that Federation of the South of the Province of Buenos Aires. Delegates shared insights about their spiritual guides.
The influence of “Luz del Porvenir” extended beyond Buenos Aires. Its namesake publication “La Luz del Porvenir” began in Barcelona in 1879. This weekly publication covered spiritualism. It ran until 1894. It was even suspended for a time.
Today Luz del Porvenir continues its mission. Located on Monroe 4888, it opens its doors every Thursday and Saturday. Services run from 5 PM to 9 PM.
