Craving a shopping experience that’s more than just stores? Karingal Hub Shopping Centre is calling your name. Let’s step inside. This isn’t just another shopping center. Karingal Hub has a story, a history etched into its very walls.

Karingal Hub first opened in 1978 as Centro Karingal. It had 120 stores. Big W and Safeway were its first superstores. It was owned by Centro Properties Group.

Fast forward to 2013. ISPT acquired Karingal Hub. Safeway became Woolworths. It was part of a national rebranding.

But the real transformation happened in 2021. A massive 160 million dollar renovation breathed new life into Karingal Hub. This renovation added 12000 square meters of shopping space. The renovation connected the main mall and entertainment space.

The redevelopment happened in three stages. The first stage unveiled the Fresh Food Precinct. It featured over 28 fresh food and specialty retailers. Coles, Aldi, and a revamped Woolworths anchored this area.

Stage two brought fashion and lifestyle retailers. Cotton On, Factorie, and TK Maxx became new additions. The food court got a makeover. It relocated near Big W and TK Maxx.

The final stage introduced Town Square. It transformed the old Star Zone Karingal. The Town Square offers dining experiences and play areas. An escalator connects it to the Fresh Food Precinct.

Karingal Hub boasts over 200 stores and services. You will find a diverse range of retailers here. Major stores include Coles, Woolworths, Big W, and Aldi. Village Cinemas and TK Maxx are also here.

Getting to Karingal Hub is easy. It is located on Cranbourne Road in Frankston. The shopping center provides ample parking with 2750 spaces. Karingal Hub is accessible by bus, train, and car. Several bus lines stop nearby. Frankston train station is a short distance away.
