Scott and Julie Peterson were chosen to lead this ambitious undertaking. Their first service a joyous Easter celebration took place in March 2002. It wasn’t in a grand cathedral but at Century Junior High School. This humble beginning reflects the church’s focus. The focus is on community and spiritual growth not opulent buildings.

LivingWaters Church journeyed. In September 2008 it found a new home. This home was at Kenwood Trail Middle School in Lakeville. The church continued to grow. Its faith and dedication deepened. A significant milestone arrived on June 30 2014. The church purchased a permanent home at 22222 Dodd Boulevard. This wasn’t just a building. It was a Ministry Center.
