Established in 2020 Jakarta Global University boasts a rich history. Its origins trace back to 1972 with the founding of the Jakarta Technology College STTJ. STTJ gained registered status in 1974. In 2019 it transformed into the Jakarta Institute of Technology and Health ITKJ. Simultaneously in 1995 the Penguji School of Economics and Business STIE Penguji was established. JGU as we know it today emerged from the merger of ITKJ and STIE Penguji.

Jakarta Global University also known as JGU is a private university. It is located in Depok West Java Indonesia. It sits under the MSU Global Foundation’s umbrella. The university offers diverse programs. These include undergraduate degrees in various engineering disciplines. There are also programs in pharmacy business and information technology.
