Founded in 1996 Impact Family Church began as World Harvest Outreach Church. Pastors John and Alison Larkam had a vision. They wanted to share the good news of Jesus Christ. Their church started small at the South Austin Recreation Center. It quickly gained popularity. The church outgrew its space. It moved to the Cherry Creek Plaza. There they expanded into several suites. Growth continued. Impact Family Church relocated to Clint Small Middle School. This was a temporary measure. The church was preparing to buy its own property. The name changed to Impact Family Church. A merger with Jubilee Christian Center followed. This happened after Jubilee’s pastor resigned. The new location at 2909 West William Cannon Drive became the permanent home for Impact Family Church. This vibrant church continues to grow. It serves the community with regular services.
