It wasn’t until ten years later, in April 1998, that it blossomed into the independent congregation you see today. Originally part of the Disciples of Christ’s efforts to plant new churches in the 80s, Principe De Paz eventually charted its own course. In March 2014, it officially became Iglesia Cristiana Príncipe de Paz Texas, a non-profit corporation. Now led by Pastor Lyndon Roger, Principe De Paz stands as a testament to the power of faith and community. Their foundation is simple: the Bible and Jesus Christ. Their mission is even simpler: to guide people towards honoring and glorifying Jesus. Principe De Paz isn’t about ornate buildings or complex rituals.
