In 1994, the Hollywood and Santa Monica Neighborhood Association started a campaign. This Lindsley Park Capital Improvements Campaign raised funds. They purchased new playground equipment. The old equipment dated back to the 1960s. They constructed the Pavillion. They added new benches. The association improved the landscaping. They planted trees. The campaign added ball fields. The public swimming pool was filled in. Site grading occurred. The multi-purpose court was renovated. Sponsor bricks were added. A walking trail was created. Drinking fountains were installed and lighting was improved.
In October 2021, the HSMNA Lindsley Park Capital Improvements Campaign Phase II went into action. They installed new all-age accessible playground equipment. More benches were added. Landscaping was improved. Drainage was enhanced. Ramps were installed and park perimeter lighting was updated.
