The university officially began using this Fengxian campus in September 2007. It accommodates first, second, and third-year undergraduates. Some graduate students also attend their first-year classes here.

The university received official certification for the land in two stages. The first batch was approved on March 16, 2010. The final approval was given on October 22, 2013. This legally transferred the entire campus to East China University of Science and Technology.
