Giddens Gallery. A splash of vibrant color amidst the historic charm of Grapevine’s Main Street. Did you know that this gallery, nestled within the Grapevine Convention and Visitors Bureau building, plays host to a vibrant collection of art from regional artists? Cherie Giddens, a watercolor artist and former art educator, curates this space. She showcases a variety of styles, from traditional watercolors to abstract oils, collages, and landscapes. Many pieces are known for their cheerful, vibrant colors. Giddens Gallery is part of the Grapevine Art Dealers Association (GADA). This association unites six galleries on South Main Street, each with its unique flavor. Together, they’ve put Historic Downtown Grapevine on the map as a North Texas art destination. Twice a year, GADA hosts “gallery nights,” drawing art lovers from across the metroplex. Giddens Gallery stands as a testament to the power of local art and community collaboration. It’s a place where you can discover emerging talent and established names, all while soaking in the creative energy of Grapevine.
