Ocean View is located directly in front of Cala Magrana. Please note that there is no sandy beach directly at the villa. However, a sandy beach is just 500 meters away. You can easily feel the sand between your toes whenever you desire.
The interior of Ocean View is modern. It is designed to meet the highest standards of comfort and style. The villa can accommodate up to eight people. This makes it ideal for families or groups seeking a luxurious retreat.
The villa offers a fully equipped designer kitchen. It also has a cozy living area. Air conditioning is available in every room. This ensures a comfortable stay even during the hottest months.
Outside, a fantastic pool awaits. It measures 11 meters by 3 meters. Sunbeds are provided. You can relax and soak up the Mediterranean sun. There are both covered and uncovered areas for lounging.
For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, a BBQ is available. There is also an outdoor dining table. It’s perfect for enjoying meals with a view.
Ocean View offers a convenient location. The small town of Porto Cristo is only two kilometers away. Here, you will find numerous shops and restaurants. They serve international cuisine.
Golf lovers will find Golf Son Severa about 17 kilometers away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 66 kilometers away. This makes Ocean View easily accessible.
Staying at Ocean View also includes some services. After ten days, an intermediate cleaning with linen change is provided. Extra cleaning is possible upon request.

The villa has an internet connection. It offers a performance of 10 Mbit down and 2 Mbit up. While this is currently the fastest connection available on the coast, it may not be suitable for heavy streaming or home office use.
The prices for renting Ocean View vary depending on the season. For example, a week in July or August costs 6657 EUR. A week in April or May costs 3857 EUR.
A security deposit of 1000 EUR is required. There is also a one-off service fee of 79 EUR. Check-in is from 4 pm onwards. Check-out is until 10 am.
