It offers a glimpse into the 19th century, when Parisians would come here to enjoy leisurely boat rides. Imagine the gentle sway of their boats and the laughter echoing along the water. Constant Pape, a local landscape painter, captured the beauty of this area in his art. He wasn’t drawn to the grand boulevards of Paris.
