They became one strong community. Each former church brought its unique history. Each continues to contribute to the rich tapestry of the present day Vereinigte Ev. Gemeinde Bremen-Neustadt.
The Gemeindezentrum Matthias Claudius at Wilhelm-Raabe-Strasse 1 is one of the three community centers. Here you’ll find the Cafe Salute. It’s a welcoming space open weekdays from 2 pm to 5 pm. Volunteers run it. It’s a place for people of all ages and backgrounds to gather. A place to connect and enjoy some coffee and conversation. It’s a true embodiment of the church’s commitment to community outreach.
Zion at Kornstrasse 31 houses another heart of the Vereinigte Ev. Gemeinde Bremen-Neustadt. This bustling center offers various activities. There’s an international music cafe every Friday evening.
