Christian Community Church isn’t confined to this single location. It branches out across Chicagoland with seven locations, welcoming newcomers at every turn. Christian Community Church’s mission is clear: to help people find their way back to God. Whether you’re a long-time believer or just starting your spiritual journey, you’ll find a warm and casual atmosphere here. Services last about an hour, blending impactful worship with insightful teaching. Christian Community Church recognizes the importance of family and is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders. Kids’ City offers a fun, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for children to learn about Jesus. For students, the StuCo community meets on Wednesday nights, fostering growth through worship, teaching, and small groups. Adults can deepen their faith through various programs and connect with others who share their beliefs. Christian Community Church’s story began in 1989 with five college friends. They dreamt of creating a place where people could reconnect with God. Starting in a high school cafeteria, they expanded to Romeoville eight years later. The church’s vision is threefold: to be an Impact Church, a Reproducing Church, and a Catalyst for a Movement. This vision led to the formation of NewThing in 2001, a church-planting mission that now spans the globe.
