October 2010 marked a significant moment for Masjid Bilal ISTN. The mosque embarked on the next phase of its construction, focusing on the left side of the building. The right side had already been completed at a cost of Rp 95,000,000, excluding the flooring. Masjid Bilal ISTN, a vital part of the Institut Sains dan Teknologi Nasional (ISTN) community, continued to grow thanks to the dedication of its supporters. Around Rp 30,000,000 had already been raised for this new phase. The anticipated cost for the left side mirrored that of the right. The construction committee at Masjid Bilal ISTN actively sought loans and donations from Muslims, including alumni, students, faculty, staff, and the local community.
