The Melilla vineyard, just outside Montevideo, is planted with Tannat, Merlot, Albariño, Chardonnay, and Tempranillo. Bodega Bouza was the first winery to plant Albariño in South America, a testament to their innovative spirit. Las Violetas, in Canelones, contributes top-quality Tannat, Merlot, Albariño, and Chardonnay. The coastal vineyards of Pan de Azúcar and Las Espinas, with their maritime influence, offer yet another dimension to Bodega Bouza’s portfolio, including Riesling and Pinot Noir.
