This expansion brought modern facilities to students and faculty. The building boasts 60 classrooms. It also features five elevators and spacious stairways. An Aula Magna accommodates 200 people. A Salon de Convenciones offers a versatile space. 170 parking spaces provide convenience.

A plaza is available for events. These include academic fairs. Parking services are also available. The Edificio de Aulas y Relación con el Medio Externo EARME operates from Monday to Friday. Its hours are 08:30 to 20:30.
