Hall 93 is where the final assembly happens for the CLE cabrio, CLE Coupe, and C-Class. Space is tight. So, this assembly line is on the second floor. The plant keeps build manifests for twenty years. Workers mark errors directly on them.
In 2019, the Mercedes-Benz Werk Bremen began mass production of electric vehicles. The EQC was the first. The EQE followed in 2022. These EVs are built on the same lines as conventional cars.
In fact, the Mercedes-Benz Werk Bremen celebrated a milestone. It produced its 10 millionth vehicle. The vehicle was a fully electric EQE. To honor this achievement, the plant displayed the first car made in Bremen. It was a Mercedes-Benz S123 T-model from 1978.
