The MetroCity complex includes more than just shops. There is a 27-floor office tower. From the Zincirlikuyu level, it appears to have 31 floors. There are also two residential towers. Each residential tower has 31 floors but looks like 35 from Zincirlikuyu level.

MetroCity spans a land area of 24,178 square meters. The total enclosed area covers 52,000 square meters. The gross leasable area is 31,980 square meters. A large Migros supermarket occupies 4,240 square meters within MetroCity.

MetroCity provides parking for 2,500 vehicles. This makes it convenient for shoppers arriving by car.

Inside MetroCity, you will find a variety of Turkish and international brands. There are also high-quality boutique stores. You can find big stores like MMM Migros, Flo and Teknosa here. Çilek and Ebebek are present too. For a quick break, grab a coffee at Starbucks. A strong food court offers many dining options.

The mall hosts colorful events and activities every week. MetroCity is easily accessible by public transport and private vehicles. This makes it a popular destination for shopping and entertainment.

MetroCity AVM is more than just a shopping mall. It is a complex of towers and shops. It combines business, residence, and retail in one location. This makes MetroCity a unique landmark in Istanbul’s skyline. So come and explore MetroCity. Experience the blend of shopping, dining, and city life.
