In 1945, it had 521 churches in the United States and Canada. By 2014, it had grown to 4459 churches and 9413 ministers. In the same year, it reported works in 201 nations outside the U.S. and Canada. These included 34491 churches and preaching points. There were also 21485 licensed ministers and 886 missionaries. Its constituency was 2.4 million. The total constituency is estimated at 3 million.

The Bible is the fundamental doctrine of the Endtime United Pentecostal Church. It is the only God-given authority that man possesses. All doctrine, faith, hope, and instruction for the church must be based upon it. Salvation comes with repentance. It includes baptism in water by immersion for the remission of sins. Speaking in other tongues through the Spirit is also a sign.

The United Pentecostal Church celebrated a milestone in February 2007. It marked 50 years of existence as a legal religious entity in the Philippines.

The UPCI does not baptize in the name of the Father Son and Holy Spirit. Instead, it baptizes in the name of Jesus Christ. They cite Acts 2:38 8:16 10:48 19:5 and 22:16 as proof.

The UPCI believes the Bible is the Word of God. It is inerrant and infallible. The church rejects all extra biblical writings revelations creeds and articles of faith. These are seen as the opinions of men.

UPCI churches practice the Lord’s Supper and foot washing as ordinances. The UPCI believes Christ’s healing ministry continues today. Doctors and medicine play a vital role. But God is the ultimate source of all healing. God still heals miraculously today.

According to United Pentecostal Church belief salvation requires repentance from sin water baptism in the name of Jesus. It also includes baptism in the Holy Ghost then living a godly life.

UPCI services are spirit filled and lively. Members shout sing raise their hands clap dance testify and speak in tongues. Instrumental music plays a key role. People are anointed with oil for divine healing.
