After moving to Texas, he served as Assistant Pastor at Rehoboth Tabernacle Apostolic Church. In 2004, Pastor Barnes’ vision materialized with the founding of Healing Faith Apostolic Church. His journey has been marked by challenges and triumphs. He persevered through trials. He continued to do the Lord’s work, establishing a sanctuary for those seeking spiritual healing and growth. His dedication extends beyond the pulpit. He is a licensed and certified Recovery Support Specialist and International Peer Recovery Support Specialist. He is also a Certified DWI Intervention Instructor. He holds a Masters Degree in Christian Counseling and an AAS in Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling.
