PSA Pfletscher und Steffan planned the building between 2009 and 2010. Construction took place from June 2010 to July 2011. The construction costs totaled 609.700 Euro for KG 300 + 400 and 821.300 Euro for KG 200 to 700. The gross floor area is 250 square meters.
