Tucked away on the Royal Estate, Laleham Methodist Church has a story to tell. It’s a story of community and connection. Laleham Methodist Church isn’t just a standalone entity. It’s part of something larger. In 2021, it merged with Ashford Methodist Church to form the Woodthorpe Methodist community. This union created a vibrant congregation worshipping across two locations. The name “Woodthorpe” itself symbolizes this connection, referencing the road that almost links the two sites. Laleham Methodist Church continues to serve its community on Edinburgh Drive. They hold Sunday services at 10:00 am on the last Sunday of each month. This allows worshippers to experience the unique atmosphere of both locations. It represents the enduring spirit of faith and fellowship within the area.
