Wouldn’t you agree that this is a unique sculpture? Right in front of you stands the Minnesota Corn Fairstalk. It’s a 24-foot-tall testament to Minnesota’s agriculture. This isn’t just some artwork. This sculpture is a celebration of corn and its significance in the state. Look closely. You’ll notice giant LED screens integrated into the design. These screens aren’t just there for looks. They flash fun facts about corn, farming, food, and of course, the Minnesota State Fair. The Minnesota Corn Growers Association and Minnesota Corn Research & Promotion Council gifted this installation to the North End Campaign. They understand the importance of showcasing Minnesota’s agricultural heart. This makes the Minnesota Corn Fairstalk more than just a photo op. It’s a symbol of the state’s dedication to its farming heritage.
