“How It All Began” could very well be the title of our story today at Jesus Christ The Light of Life Church. This church started as Jesus Christ the Lifegiver Paranaque Ministries in 1993. Pastors Manny Santiago and his friends were the founders.
Initially, there was just one church. It stood on Redemptorist Road in Baclaran Paranaque City. Soon after, churches opened in Batasan Hills Quezon City and San Pedro Laguna. The ministry then renamed itself Jesus Christ the Lifegiver Ministries. More recently it became Jesus Christ the Lifegiver Church International.
Since its humble start, Lifegiver Church has steadily expanded. Today it includes 31 churches and 50 satellites. This represents a community of more than 4000 members. These members are spread throughout the Philippines and even into neighboring countries.
One notable church is Lifegiver Kamias. Bishop Manny Santiago leads this church. He works alongside his wife Pastor Helen and their four daughters Faythe Lovely Keeneth and Mitchelle. Their combined efforts help drive the church’s mission.
That mission is to love people. They also aim to make disciples. Their vision is to extend this love and discipleship. They want to reach people across the Philippines and the world.
The story of Jesus Christ The Light of Life Church is one of growth. It shows dedication and a strong mission. From its simple start to its current international presence the church remains focused. It focuses on its core values of love and discipleship. As we stand here let us appreciate their journey. Let’s acknowledge their continuing commitment to their faith and community.
