“Imagine a structure so vast. Is it a modern-day marvel?” Yes, you are standing before the Telekom torony, Hungary’s largest headquarters. This building is more than just an office space. It is a testament to modern engineering and design.

The Telekom torony is an expansive building. Its glass panels could cover 14 football pitches. The steel used weighs as much as 55 Boeing 747 airplanes. That is a lot of steel.

Developed by Wing Zrt., this 57,000 sqm building sits at the intersection of Üllői út and Hungária körút. It is near the Groupama Aréna football stadium. It is an ideal spot for a modern business hub.

Think about the scale of this project. The investment cost nearly HUF 50 billion. UniCredit Bank Hungary, UniCredit Bank Austria, and K&H Bank financed it. It represents a significant commitment to Hungary’s economic growth.

Once inside, Telekom and T-Systems Magyarország employees found an innovative workspace. The building boasts open and secluded offices. There are meeting rooms plus a conference center for 300 people.

But the Telekom torony has more than just office space. There is a 200-meter-long panoramic running track. A fitness center is available to all. Even a garden with a lake gives staff a place to relax.

Two in-house restaurants and a café cater to the staff. It is like a self-contained city designed for productivity.

Consider the building’s commitment to sustainability. A three-storey parking garage features 50 charging stations for electric cars. There are also 344 bike lockers, with 16 shower units for cyclists.

TIBA Studio designed this project. Market Zrt. handled the construction, which took 28 months. Their combined efforts created this stunning building.

Beyond Telekom’s space, 4,000 sqm of office space is available for lease. This makes the Telekom torony a multi-tenant building. The construction project created about 1,000 jobs, boosting the local economy.

The underground car park holds 1,350 parking spaces. So parking is never an issue here.

As you stand here, consider the impact this building has. The Telekom torony symbolizes innovation and progress. It embodies Hungary’s growing economy. It is a modern landmark shaping Budapest’s skyline. This building is a functional and architectural marvel.
