Wilson Mountain Reservation is managed by the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation. The reservation is the largest remaining open space in Dedham. It’s been a protected area since 1994.

In 2008, the DCR and The Trustees of Reservations planned joint stewardship. Their goal was to enhance the property. By 2017, they were clarifying their roles for future activities.
