When Swedish emigrants established a church in 1951 they would later become White Oak Covenant Church. The church’s story began with a movement called Mission Friends. White Oak Covenant Church embraced these values from its inception. The early days of White Oak Covenant Church saw a congregation primarily composed of Swedish emigrants. Over time, the surrounding community changed. The church became more diverse. It began to reflect the community around it.
