The Metro Line 18 starts here. It links Wanqingsha to Guangzhou East Railway Station. This makes traveling to and from the town easier. The Wanqingsha Station is a key part of this metro line. It opened on September 28, 2021. It is the current southern end of Line 18.
The station is underneath the Nansha Railway Station. It has two platforms and two tracks. Wanqingsha Station connects to the Nansha Railway Station. Line 15 will connect here too.
