You may have seen the imposing Park House, with its sleek modern facade, right across the road. But before it was transformed into a hub for learning, Park House was actually built for very different purposes, way back in the 1970s. It was a government building. Then, the TU Dublin decided to use up as much space as possible on the Grangegorman campus. So, they took Park House, and in 2021, they gave it a makeover. This former government building is now a bright space for students, all on three floors and covering a massive 4500 square meters. Now, TU Dublin students are free to explore the library, access the wide range of resources, and work on their academic pursuits without distractions. It’s a modern marvel of repurposed space.
