In 1920, a seed of faith was planted in Detroit. This seed blossomed into what we now know as Triumph Church. Triumph Church started as the Triumph Missionary Baptist Church. Reverend Claude Cummings nurtured this fledgling congregation. Today, Triumph Church stands as a testament to his vision. The church has grown exponentially under the leadership of Reverend Solomon W. Kinloch, Jr. Outreach Magazine has recognized Triumph Church as one of the fastest-growing churches in the United States. In 2008, over 2,000 new members joined. In 2013, that number soared to 3,800. Triumph Church isn’t confined to a single location. It has expanded to multiple campuses across Metro Detroit. You can find Triumph Church not only at its main East Campus on East Grand Boulevard, but also at locations like the Millennium Centre in Southfield and even Canton High School. The church’s innovative approach to worship and community outreach has been key to its growth. Triumph Church offers a variety of service times throughout the week, catering to diverse schedules. Whether you’re an early bird or prefer a later service, there’s a time that works for you. This accessibility has helped make Triumph Church a vibrant hub for nearly 20,000 members.
