In the summer of 2018 a vision took shape. Members of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Encinitas felt a call. They were encouraged to consider planting a new church. This was the humble beginning of Trinity Korean Presbyterian Church in San Diego. Months of prayer and planning followed. A core group of fifty people formed. They were joined by over one hundred more. Trinity Korean Presbyterian Church officially launched on Easter Sunday April 21 2019. From its inception Trinity aimed to be a place where Christians felt equipped. They were to thoughtfully live out the Gospel. Non-believers were warmly welcomed. Trinity provided a safe environment. It invited questions and respected differences. Trinity Korean Presbyterian Church exists to make and mature followers of Jesus. This is for the glory of God and the good of others.
