Can you feel it? The sense of hopeful anticipation that hangs in the air around the Triguna Zentrum. This isn’t just another building. It’s a place where ancient traditions meet modern life. It is a sanctuary of learning and growth.

The Triguna Zentrum is slowly emerging from what seems like a never-ending construction phase. It is becoming a vibrant hub for yoga, healing practices and community. Imagine this place years ago as the Irakische Botschaft in der DDR.

Now, picture the newly finished yoga room. The space is ready. Workshops and Sadhanas are already underway, filling the center with energy and purpose. The kitchen is complete. The kindergarten is open providing care and education to the community’s youngest members. Residents have long since settled into their apartments. Slowly but surely a regulated life is taking shape here.

Let’s talk about the weekly schedule. It starts early. Amrit Vela Sadhana begins at 5:00 AM. It includes Japji Sahib followed by Kundalini Yoga at 5:30 AM. The goal is to offer daily Sadhana. Gatka or Shastar Vidya takes place every Monday at 7:00 PM with Nanak Dev Singh Khalsa. The session begins with Taiko drumming for centering and energy. Then the martial arts training begins.

Wednesdays are dedicated to Maha Yoga with Nanak Dev Singh Khalsa starting at 6:00 PM. Nanak begins with Hatha Yoga. After a pause he teaches energetic Kundalini Yoga ending with a deep relaxation. The group chants powerful Mantras. The yoga session ends with a deep quiet meditation. You may want to set aside three hours for this class.

Hatha Yoga is also offered every Wednesday at 8:00 PM with Angela Streich-Rickel. Each class starts with guided relaxation. Then students delve deeper into Asanas and Pranayama exercises. Meditation and Mantra singing are integral to the class. Throughout the year the class focuses on different topics for extended periods.

Every Tuesday the residents of the Triguna Zentrum Ashram offer lectures and information on their areas of expertise. This includes homeopathy, Chakra blooms, Hakomi therapy and psychosynthesis.

There’s hope that the large yoga room will be completed before the end of the year. The Ashram plans to celebrate with a grand New Year’s Eve party. It will feature Gong meditation, Taiko drumming and dancing. Of course there will be childcare. Food will be offered in different spaces. The Ashramis are working hard to make it happen.

The Triguna Zentrum’s website is being updated too. The goal is to infuse it with life, dynamism and current information. It will become the go-to source for regular updates.

The Triguna Zentrum is more than just a physical space. It is a growing community. It’s a place of learning and healing. It’s a testament to the power of collaboration. It is also a commitment to holistic living. As the building nears completion the vision of the Ashram is becoming a reality. This is a space where people can connect, grow and thrive.
