“Have you got your harness ready?” That’s what you will need for the Tree Climb Feature. This isn’t just any park. This is TreeRunner West Bloomfield Adventure Park. It is a place where you can test your courage and agility high above the ground.

TreeRunner West Bloomfield Adventure Park is one of two TreeRunner parks in Michigan. The other is in Grand Rapids. This park sits on about five acres. It is located behind the Jewish Community Center of Metropolitan Detroit.

Imagine yourself strapped into a harness. You are about to embark on a treetop adventure. This Tree Climb Feature has platforms at varying heights. They are connected by crossings. These are challenge bridges or zip lines. A series of crossings makes a treetop trail.

There are trails for every skill level at this Tree Climb Feature. Ten color-coded trails range from beginner to advanced. Purple, yellow, and green are for beginners. Black diamond and double-black diamond are for experts. There is even a Junior Park for kids ages 3-7.

Safety is the top priority here at TreeRunner West Bloomfield Adventure Park. You’re always secured to safety cables. The experience starts with a 30 to 40-minute orientation. Each course takes about half an hour to 45 minutes to complete.

The Tree Climb Feature is designed with care for the trees. Cables and wedges affix platforms to trunks. No nails or bolts are used. Professional arborists maintain the trees’ health.

But it’s not just about climbing. TreeRunner West Bloomfield Adventure Park offers glow nights. These nights feature LED lighting, lasers, and music in the trees. Group and party options are also available.

Tickets get you three hours of climb time. Reservations are recommended. Walk-ins are accepted if space is available.

The Tree Climb Feature offers a unique way to experience nature. It combines physical activity with stunning views. Whether you’re a seasoned climber or a first-timer, there’s something for everyone.
