“A sanctuary of peace” a traveler whispered. “Right here in the heart of Tịnh Xá Ngọc Tâm” their companion replied. You find yourselves drawn to the serene aura of Tịnh Xá Ngọc Tâm. This Buddhist temple established in 1955 by the venerable Nun Thích Nữ Minh Liên. It stands as a testament to the enduring spirit of faith. Tịnh Xá Ngọc Tâm has witnessed history unfold. It underwent its first significant renovation in 1983. This marked a period of rebuilding. Later in 1994 a serene Thiền đường (Heavenly Abode) was added. The temple we see today is largely the result of a major renovation. It was completed in 2003. This renovation saw the temple adopt the unique octagonal design. This design is a hallmark of the Khất sĩ lineage. It symbolizes the Buddha’s teachings spreading in all directions. Within the temple’s tranquil halls a sense of peace pervades.
