Imagine hundreds of monks slowly walking toward a sanctuary. This is Tịnh xá Ngọc Giáng in Da Nang. They moved in a long line hundreds of meters long. They walked along Điện Biên Phủ street turning toward Hải Phòng street. This rare scene unfolded in Thanh Khê district.

These monks and Phật tử came to Tịnh xá Ngọc Giáng to engage in traditional Khất Sĩ practice.

Many Phật tử respectfully offered drinking water to the monks along the road. This act of kindness shows their devotion.

Tịnh xá Ngọc Giáng is located in Chính Gián ward of Thanh Khê district in Da Nang. It is one of 15 Tịnh xá belonging to Giáo đoàn II. This group is part of the Khất Sĩ sect of the Giáo hội Phật giáo Việt Nam.
