Imagine the centre buzzing with activity. Children youths adults and seniors gather here. Educational programs youth activities and community services fill the days. All these are rooted in the vision of service for a healthy society.
Before the pandemic Ti-Ratana Penchala hosted regular meditation retreats. Pali Puja and alms-giving sessions were common. Dhamma Talks enriched the minds of attendees. Ajahn Brahm was a major guest in November 2019. Physical events paused in 2020.
But Ti-Ratana Penchala did not stop serving. Instead it shifted focus. Meals on Wheels became a priority. This program delivers food to those affected by the pandemic. The bright van brings sustenance and fulfills wish lists. They provide regular support to poor families and organizations too.
Ti-Ratana Penchala operates as a voluntary and non-profit organization. Generous contributions from individuals organizations and volunteers keep it running. Accountability and transparency are very important. They ensure that all resources are used effectively to achieve the greatest impact.
