The Al Rostamani Group sought to create a landmark. They wanted it to attract tourists and residents alike. The Maze Tower is a 55-story mixed-use skyscraper. It is located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. Construction finished in 2011.

Look closely at the Maze Tower’s facade. The maze isn’t just a design. It’s a real puzzle integrated into the building’s exterior. The maze covers an area of 3947.22 square meters. That’s impressive. The German architectural firm Planquadrat designed the building.

Notice the materials. Natural Brazilian Verde Bahia stone is used throughout the exterior. This adds to the tower’s striking appearance. At night, the maze lights up. LEDs illuminate the pattern, creating a stunning visual display.

The Maze Tower isn’t just about looks. It’s also environmentally conscious. The building is LEED Gold certified. This means it meets high standards for environmental sustainability.

Consider the tower’s features. The Maze Eyes is an 8-meter circular video wall. It can project images over great distances. There’s also a garden floor in the middle of the building. A rooftop maze garden adds another unique touch.

Step inside and you’ll find a mix of uses. There are 25 office floors. A garden floor provides a break. 24 residential floors offer apartments. The roof features a swimming pool. Al Rostamani International Exchange also has its head office here.

The Maze Tower offers various apartments. You can find 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. There are also 3-bedroom duplexes and penthouses. Each unit includes spacious living areas and modern amenities.

Residents can enjoy several facilities. There’s a gym on the 54th floor. It features modern equipment and spa facilities. A kids’ play area is located in the maze garden.

Getting around is easy from the Maze Tower. Dubai Mall is just a short drive away. Emirates Towers Metro Station is within walking distance.
