The Leap of Faith is located in Neptune Tower. This Mesopotamian-styled tower stands tall. It’s one of three towers in Aquaventure. Each tower boasts its own thrilling slides. The Leap of Faith however is particularly famous. Its reputation precedes it. Many consider it one of the world’s scariest water slides.
Before you even begin the climb you will see the queue. It snakes its way. People are nervous. Excitement mingles with fear. You’ll observe the ritual. People position themselves on the slide. However there was an incident. At a sister resort in the Bahamas a shark made its own Leap of Faith. It jumped from a tank. It landed on an adjoining waterslide. The shark sadly died. The incident prompted Aquaventure Dubai to review safety. They wanted to ensure nothing like that could ever happen here.
