The City of Refuge Church however remained a beacon of hope. This church isn’t bound by walls or buildings. It extends its ministry throughout the city streets. It’s a way of life a commitment to serving others. The church describes itself as a Christ-centered urban mission. It’s a multi-ethnic nondenominational fellowship. They aim to break down barriers within the Christian community working together in love and humility. The church emphasizes intimacy through worship and prayer. They teach and apply God’s word. They share the gospel extending mercy feeding the hungry clothing the naked and healing the sick. They are committed to reaching people near and far.
