But thanks to preservation efforts and the Daughters of Utah Pioneers who leased it for a mere $1.00 a year since 1933 The Chase Mill stands as a proud monument to Utah’s heritage. A significant renovation between 2002 and 2006 ensured its survival and transformed it into the beautiful historic building you see today.
