Two beautiful stained-glass windows flank the altar. A rose window of stained glass adorns the facade. It illuminates the space with colored light. The Templo del Santísimo Sacramento also features a copy of Murillo’s Virgin. Nelly Copello de Laplacette donated it in memory of her husband.
Its location is unique. The Templo del Santísimo Sacramento can be seen from every point in the city. On November 22, 2024, it was declared a Eucharistic Sanctuary. This designation aims to welcome pilgrims. They come seeking special graces from God.
