Temple Shalom has been serving the Jewish community of Medford and surrounding areas since the 1940s. The community moved to this campus in 1959. This location between Victory Park and Medford High School has ample parking.

Temple Shalom is the longtime home of three Medford institutions. These are Camp Six Acres, Six Acres Nursery School and Temple Shalom itself. It is also known as the William & Charlotte Bloomberg Jewish Community Center.
