Ready to explore a hub of technology and collaboration? We are standing before the TECH Center. It is Temple University’s award-winning computer facility. The TECH Center is more than just a building. It is a vibrant environment. Students come here to study, socialize, and collaborate.

Inside the TECH Center, you will find cutting-edge resources. There are over 500 PC and Mac workstations. Students can access 150 software applications. Thirteen breakout rooms offer spaces for group projects. Need a quiet space? The TECH Center has quiet study rooms.

Do you enjoy recording? The TECH Center provides three WhisperRoom booths. These are perfect for podcasts and vocal narrations. If collaboration is your style, try the two MediaScape tables. Or, try one of the two Gamrpods for remote classes or gaming.

Forgot your laptop? No problem. The TECH Center offers wireless loaner laptops and iPads. Wireless printing is also available. For those needing larger formats, there is poster printing. 3D printing and scanning are available too. If you need to charge your cell phone, there are charging lockers.

The TECH Center also features specialty labs. These labs support video editing, music, and graphic design. A media studio allows for professional video and audio recording.

Need to print something quickly? Use Print on the Go. You can submit documents online. Pick them up at any Print on the Go station around campus. The Printing Room offers affordable poster printing. It has high-volume laser printers, color laser printers, and inkjet printers.

Running low on battery? Borrow a power bank from a kiosk. You can charge your laptop or mobile device for up to five hours.

The TECH Center also cares about accessibility. Adaptive technologies are available on over 1200 campus computers. These tools support students with disabilities.

The TECH Center’s schedule varies. During the spring semester, it is open long hours. It is open from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, it closes earlier at 7:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday hours are 10:30 am to 7:00 pm. Hours may change, so check the website for the latest schedule.

Don’t forget the Health Sciences Center TECH Center. It provides resources for students at the Health Sciences Campus. It features computer workstations and breakout rooms.
