Please stay off the dunes and set up your tents and tarps behind the designated line. Drones are also prohibited. From spring break until Labor Day, the “Leave No Trace” ordinance is enforced. Don’t leave items unattended between sunset and sunrise. Stewart Beach Park offers a special use area accessible to vehicles with disabled veteran license plates, plates with the International Symbol of Access, and valid placards displayed on the rearview mirror. This area also welcomes those with valid fishing licenses and gear, non-motorized personal watercraft, and emergency/government authorization. ATVs and dirt bikes are strictly prohibited. Looking for an accessible beach experience? Stewart Beach Park has beach wheelchairs available during the operating season. Just ask the gate attendant and provide a driver’s license. They are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Stewart Beach Park isn’t just for casual beach days. It’s a wonderful location for special events.
