The Stehende Figur’s unveiling was delayed. The original planned base was deemed unsuitable. A new brick base was commissioned. The Stehende Figur was finally installed on June 1st 1987. The cost of the bronze casting was 2388 Marks. The new base added another 300 Marks to the project.
