The Stadtbibliothek Vahrenwald is one of seventeen city libraries that belong to the Stadtbibliothek Hannover. They are supplemented by a library bus and a central office for children’s and school library work. The central library is located at the Aegi.
Inside the Stadtbibliothek Vahrenwald you will find 28000 books. Also discover DVDs, music CDs and computer games. Console games, CD-ROMs and magazines are available. You can find newspapers, maps, sheet music and audiobooks here. The Stadtbibliothek Vahrenwald also offers board games, card games, dias and Blu-Ray discs. E-book readers, picture book movies, Tiptoi and Ting are available. The library also has audiobooks for young people, e-books, e-paper, e-audio, and e-video. Foreign language media, e-journals and Tonies round out the collection.
