Now let’s delve into the story of St. Laurentius. Construction of the church finished in 1854. It stands as a simple rectangular building. Buntem Bruchsteinmauerwerk gives it texture. Three window axes punctuate its sides. An apse with a 5/8 Schluss directly adjoins the east end.
Notice the Westturm. It features a pult roof. An Aramiden Helm tops it off. Werkstein frames the windows and doors. These details add to its character.
After its last renovation, St. Laurentius boasts a neogothic high altar. It features a tabernacle dating back to 1997. The altar reliefs serve as eye-catchers in the apse.
