The sculpture, also known as “Under the Same Sky,” is located in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Brussels. It commemorates the Rwandan genocide, a dark chapter in human history. Binamungu created a complementary monument in Kigali, Rwanda, further solidifying the message of unity and remembrance across continents.
