Ever wonder how a school blossoms from a mere idea into a community cornerstone? Sekolah Rendah Agama Kota Damansara started its journey in 2005. Construction finished in February 2006.

Technical issues delayed its opening. But hope arrived on May 15, 2006. The late Ustaz Mohd Fauzi Bin Haji Bain was appointed as the first headmaster. He worked from an office in Shah Alam. The school building was not yet ready.

December 13, 2006 marked a new chapter. The Public Works Department officially handed over the school to the Selangor Islamic Religious Department. YB Dato HJ Mokhtar Dahlan received the key. He then passed it to Pn. Syamsiah and Ustaz Hj Nawi. Finally, it reached Ustaz Mohd Fauzi Hj Bain. The building was officially ready for learning.

Student registration began on December 28, 2006. It continued until January 5, 2007. An impressive 1500 students enrolled forming 38 classes. The first school session started on January 8, 2007.

Sekolah Rendah Agama Kota Damansara has grown since then. Student numbers increased each year to 1800. After Ustaz Mohd Fauzi B. Hj Bain, Ustaz Zaki B. Sudarman and Ust. Hj. Kamaludin B. Hj Sahlan led the school.

Today Ustazah Masitah Bt. Hj. Khojali guides Sekolah Rendah Agama Kota Damansara. The school is known for producing successful students.

Initially Sekolah Rendah Agama Kota Damansara had two four-story buildings. Now it features badminton courts and a student rest area. There is also a main stage, a fish pond and a vegetable garden. These additions enhance the school’s environment.

Sekolah Rendah Agama Kota Damansara is a respected religious education center. It provides an Iktisas religious stream curriculum. This curriculum aims to develop knowledgeable individuals with high moral character. They should be devoted to their faith. The school wants them to contribute to society and the nation.

The school strives to cultivate balanced individuals. These individuals should be strong in spirit and body. Their lives are based on the Quran and Hadith.

Ustazah Siti Rohana Binti Abd Wahab is the current headmaster. Ustaz Zahrizan Bin Mohd Samudi serves as GPK Kanan. Ustazah Saimah Binti Zakaria is the GPK HEM.

The school’s mission is clear. It provides education based on the Quran and Sunnah. This nurtures students with noble character. They are pious and righteous.
