The SDA Reform Church in Vanuatu began its journey. From this small beginning, the church blossomed. It expanded to four other islands. Churches were built, and communities embraced the faith. On Efate Island alone, two churches serve the community. One is conveniently located near the airport at Pladinier Estate, a mere four minutes away. The other is situated on Eratap Road, a scenic 20-minute drive from Port Vila town on the way to Teuoma. Even in the face of adversity, the church remains steadfast. In the first quarter of 2018, the Port Vila church showcased its resilience. The Sabbath School leader initiated a program to involve every member. It commenced with youth and children’s activities and concluded with a program for the fathers. This vibrant community is actively involved in spreading its message and strengthening its bonds. The church has been a beacon of hope and resilience, fostering a sense of community. It continues to serve as a spiritual home for many on Efate Island and beyond.
